However, you grant CustomPrintVerse and the service providers necessary to fulfill your order a limited right to access, process, reproduce, and use your submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the services you request, produce your personalized products, provide customer support, and fulfill your order.

6. AI-Assisted Artwork
Some CustomPrintVerse products may use artificial intelligence or AI-assisted technology to transform customer-provided photos or other inputs into personalized artwork.
AI-assisted results are generated based on the information, images, instructions, and design options submitted by the customer.
Because AI-assisted generation involves automated processes, results may vary and may not always reproduce every detail of an original image exactly.
We may make reasonable adjustments to AI-generated or AI-assisted designs when necessary to prepare an order for production.
By submitting content for an AI-assisted product, you acknowledge that the resulting artwork may contain variations from the original photo or requested design.
7. Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse to process content that we reasonably believe:
- Is unlawful.
- Infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
- Violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
- Contains fraudulent or deceptive material.
- Contains hateful or discriminatory material.
- Contains sexually explicit content where prohibited.
- Promotes violence or illegal activity.
- Contains malicious or harmful material.
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.
If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of prohibited or unlawful content, we may cancel the order and issue an applicable refund.

Because many products are personalized and may enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation and modification requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.
If production has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation or modification request.
Once production has started, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

12. Order Processing and Production
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing time applies Monday through Friday and excludes weekends and U.S. public holidays.
During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
13. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated shipping times are:

International:
7–21 business days
These shipping estimates are in addition to the 1–3 business days required for order processing.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by:

14. Shipping Address
